Stay Away - Service is horrible.Wind sensor was bent and sun sensor broke off so called right away and paid $100 for service call. All tech did was bend metal plate back in place and tape broken sun sensor to plate. Specifically asked if that was ok and he said that's all I needed. Weeks later I noticed my awning had a small rip in it. Company claims it was caused by the "hanging" sun sensor rubbing against awning and had the nerve to claim it was not covered by awning warranty and would cost $450.00 to repair. Of Course its not Sunbrella's fault it is your tech, Craig, who improperly repaired the sensor making it a hazard for the awning.
