Unprofessional people and dirty practices! They lie very blatantly--the female owner told me once price and the male owner told me a different price. I always get my eyebrows done from the female owner--I go in, ask for her and they guide me to the eyebrow seat (which is right up front and open for the world to see). I sit and a few mins later a different lady comes up, doesn't say a word and begins to do comb my eyebrows. I politely tell her that I am waiting for someone and she tells me in broken English "that's okay I do for you." WHAT?? I asked for a certain person, they acknowledged my request and they they think it is okay to switch up on me? The male owner then tells me that he can do them because his wife is gone. AGAIN, why am I being told different things??? I hesitantly agree because I thought he is the owner he must know how to do eyebrows...I was wrong! He totally butchered my eyebrows and then had the nerve to say that it's my fault because my eyebrows grow in differently. That's funny, because the female owner never complained about how my eyebrows grow and she would do an okay job. Argh! So over these fraudulent people! It is like a chop shop--they hire random people off the street and run the place like a sweat shop--with the mentality of let's get people in and out, regardless of the quality of work. To add to that, they are not very clean! I will never return to this place.
