I'm leaving a 1 star for now, I made an appointment with them about a week in advance and have called multiple times to confirm my appointment, not one single answer. My appointment is at 3:30 today and I have called about 3 times so far. I left a message the other day with my name and number, still no call back. I was thinking of switching places but still wanted to give them a shot. It is me and my sister getting a facial so I wanted to make sure we could both go at the same time, that's why I've been calling but I havent gotten one single answer. This is pretty horrible customer service, I really hope this gets stepped up by the time I go in today.....
Update. I ended up not going at all, I had to cancel my appointment because when they finally called me 1 hour before my appointment I was told that I could get my facial but my sister would have to wait until allot later since they only have one esthetician. I probably won't go to this place since I didn't receive a call back until the day of my appointment besides the fact that I called multiple times prior to negotiate a possible update in reservation single my sister was coming so she could go immediately after me.
