Chipotle is great no matter which you go to, that said, they all have their little quirks due to staffing that means things change from hour to hour and day to day. Here's what I've noticed here: 1. Griller knows that they don't have to burn meat for it to be safe. This chipotle regularly has pink, sometimes even slightly red center to the steak, which is how you're supposed to cook steak - as this is my favorite item, it makes me LOVE this chipotle. 2. Guac is a crap shoot here: I love chipotle's guacamole, but the guac here changes regularly. Sometimes they forget salt, sometimes they leave a little too large a chunk of jalapeno and I get a fun surprise mouth burning, sometimes the avacados are not quite ripe. Overall, 3/5 times it's the guac I love, but that 2/5 times is a little distracting sometimes. If you have your own salt you can fix it when it's lacking, but the random spice pockets aren't fun, ever. 3. It is ALWAYS busy. You're next to KSU, in walking distance, next to a starbucks. It is ALWAYS packed, be prepared to wait 15 minutes in line now and again.
