Be careful with this AT&T store. Went in to find out why my apple watch wasn't synced. As far as the watch situation, it didnt get resolved and had to go to the apple store.
Now here's something sketchy, for whatever reason the employee had me create a profile for my account on her tablet, had to type in my password and all that. At the moment I didn't think much of it. Fast forward bout two weeks later and my account gets hacked. Someone some how upgrades a line on my account to a iphone x with a card that i had on file and ships it to Arizona. Luckily I contacted AT&T in time and they were able to stop the shipment.
