I had a package shipped from this store which was damaged and lost in route, not the stores fault. The store called me a few days later to request a receipt from my purchase so they could request a refund from UPS. A few weeks later I called the store regarding my refund. The agents said the owner/manager would call me back. I never received a call. This went on for two months with not one return call. I finally contacted the UPS Corporate office for help. The agent said they approved the refund months earlier and was not sure why I had not been notified. She made two attempts to have the store contact me but noone called. The UPS Corporate office finally said they would handle it and I was sent a check.
