This place is in First Markham Place, but it's not in the food court. It's near one of the entrances and is next to a place that sells beef jerky. In my opinion, it looks like it belongs to a hoarder who loves coloured paper. The place is plastered with coloured paper and looks crowded and messy. However, the bubble tea is pretty tasty. They use real fruit, not powdered junk. The tapioca pearls are nice a chewy. The drink is not overly sweet. I had a small lychee smoothie with tapioca. It came out to $4.80 with taxes. It was delicious, although I expected it to be creamier and thicker. It was a bit too runny to be a good smoothie, in my opinion. It tasted more like a runny slushy than a smoothie since I usually associate smoothies with a milkier taste. At any rate, it was good, just not what I expected. I love that they use real fruit though! Service was nice and quick.
