Terrible customer service. I called 3 times because I didn't get my certificate and finally had to visit the office. At that time, I was told that they wouldn't issue the certificates because my daughter and I had the same last name even though we live at different addresses. They were supposed to credit me back the amount I paid. Gee, you would think they could have told me that when I signed up over a week ago! To date still no credit on my card. I requested that they cancel my membership. If you have nothing better to do and want to waste your time, this is the place for you.
