I Marriott Platinum, so I've seen a lot of properties. This ranks as one of the worst in the Courtyard brand. The wifi and ethernet simply don't work. You need to ask at the desk for a loaner Rogers aircard. They keep promising to upgrade their internet... but 1 year later it still is unusable for business visitors.
Many of the beds are old and they are SLOWLY replacing them.
The neighborhood is a bit dumpy, but it is extremely convenient. It is one block from a great YMCA facility too.
I have long gone here for the convenience, but the unresponsive management who is spending lots of money on a lobby renovation, but not fixing the basic hotel amenities -- beds and internet -- lost my business.
