Every time I've tried to call this place, no one answers the phone. 4 weeks ago to try to book a first time hair appointment, a week later a massage and I just tried to call to book a nail/pedi service, been calling for over 20 minutes, it's Monday, 5/7/18 and the phone just rings and rings. I did get my hair done there for the first time recently, a quick touch up and trim. The hair stylist let me sit up front for over 45 minutes past my scheduled hair appointment, poor first impression! The 2 girls at the front desk were clearly annoyed with me when I walked up front after having sat there for over 30 minutes with them looking at me time and time again, chitty chatting with one another and never coming over to say one word about the fact that the stylist was behind schedule. No apology from the hair stylist either when he came out to finally get me, I mean WOW! I observed that the hair stylists spoke very little to their clients, there was little to no dialogue but they all talked and joked around with one another more than their own clients. It was unprofessional, no one is managing the place in my observations and the clients were not given full attention like I see at other salons. I can't give kudos for a touch up and trim so I'm not going to say anything positive or negative about the hair stylist experience, it was a basic appointment. The customer service, leaves a lot to be desired and the staff needs management and customer service training. This place could be really profitable with the right person in charge and a better managed front desk. Oh and yes, ANSWER YOUR PHONE PEOPLE, YOU CAN'T MAKE MONEY IF CUSTOMERS CANNOT GET AHOLD OF YOU! I'm going elsewhere for my mani/pedi since I cannot speak with someone to answer my questions before I book an appointment. Too bad, I would have given this place a lot of business but I cannot deal with poor customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone as a result.
