AMAZING!!! I have scars on my upper arm from multiple piercings 15 years ago. I've wanted to tattoo over them for many years. During my current visit to Las Vegas, I decided to finally get my tattoo. I went to a place on the strip (because it was convenient). Unfortunately, it was also VERY expensive. I looked them up online, and their work was pedestrian. I searched Yelp, and with the help of other reviews, found Skin Design. Eugene is INCREDIBLE!!! His work is exquisite, and cast 1/2 the price of the "strip" tattoo place. This is my first tattoo. He was thoughtful, and helped translate my vision into a concrete reality!! His design was better than what I'd originally envisioned. I appreciated his kindness, and respect. Also, I LOVE the music!! I could NOT listen to "death metal" for four hours. The entire staff is pleasant, playful, professional, and phenomenal. I wish this shop was in North Carolina, now I'll have to fly back to Vegas for my next tattoo!!! Thanks SO much Eugene, and Skin Design
