Terrible customer service from store associate and manager Jake!! Bait and switch - went in to buy a wireless Bluetooth speaker, settled on UE Wonderboom priced at $54 - didn't have that particular color in stock. Another more helpful associate told me they had a blue one and could price match Wal-Mart at $57. Okay, it's a speaker who cares what color it is... I will take it - get to check out - it's $100 plus tax - wait, what about price match... can't do it, it's a third party selling through Wal-Mart...huh?!? BTW was also going to buy wireless headphones for $170 too. Roughly $250 sale they lost because of "policy" - thanks for nothing Jake and Best Buy.
Purchased exact same speaker from Amazon for $48 and it will be here tomorrow! Best buyer be ware!!!!
