I called to see if I could make an appointment and inquire how busy it was. They said they could take me at 2. I arrived and there were 6 people in the waiting room. I asked how long it would take they said a few minutes. I waited a lot longer than that and left. Be honest with your customers, there time is valuable. If you are too busy, just tell them the truth. Than to have them drive over only to find out your going to have to wait forever.
