Golden Cow is amazing. I went on opening weekend, and it was great. I can only imagine it will get better in time. There was a good variety of flavors, and each one seemed more unique then the next. I had the Strawberry (call me old fashioned or boring, but I have my likes!) and it was absolutely delightful.
The location is great--right next to other breweries and eateries. My only real complaint is the lack of seating. However; ice cream melts fast, and their are plenty of things walkable...so I really can't complain!
