So we experienced this buffet together as a family today for breakfast. 21.99 for an adult and I believe 10.99 for children for ages 4-12. With the ambience I would actually give it a four but took away 1 star for the bad stuff. We asked for a table near the waterfalls so that the children could see outside. The maitre di did accommodate our request which we appreciated. Also what I did appreciate about our waitress was that when my three year old spilled an entire glass, yes an entire glass, of orange juice on my lap, she did everything in her power to try and help me by getting some warm towels for me to wipe off. OK now for the bad stuff. Watery scrambled eggs. Slow. Slow. Slow. You get the point. Service. I think I had to ask for Diet Coke two times. I think I asked for coffee a few times. The line for the omelette station was long. I think there was a guy in front of me ordering six omelettes. They spoke in Spanish and seem like they even knew each other. Because it took almost like 20 minutes for me to get one single omelette. I don't get it. Also, just the line to get food seem like it took forever.. I don't know if I'll ever be back, if I did I would at least know what to expect with the slow service. If I did come back I would probably do the deal where you spend about $50 and you can eat at five different buffets for 24 hours. That way you can actually get your moneys worth and experience different locations. So if you're unhappy with one you can just go to another the next day. I would also suggest going maybe earlier in the day for faster service.
