My husband and our friend visited the sauna last night and I dont have nothing good to say about the establishment. The towels and robe provided are worn out and are stained. The floors are dirty and grimy. The furniture next to the jacuzzi is dirty and unsanitary to sit on.
The only reason this place gets 1 star is because of their wet sauna. The steam room had dirty glasses in it, yuck!
If you are hungry there is a nice lounge in the back that you can sit around in and order food. The servers are horrible! When we asked simple questions about the menue the servers went around in circles and tried to confuse you because they had no clue what goes into the dishes.
They screwed up on our order and tried to blame someone else for it.
I has to grab cutlery and napkins from a neighbor table.
Food was not very good. Everything was very salty.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the management trains their employees and brings it into proper shape. Invest into more cleaning staff and get some new towels and robes.
