While exploring Downtown, Fremont Street area..The GF and i remembered seeing the commercial on Yelp for The Beef Jerky Store as we passed by.
Checked in and received Yelp offer for a "FREE" beef stick. Similar to Slim-Jim but made with real meat (I think).
There are aisles and rows and racks of bagged of goodies. Candy, meat, fruit and God knows what else.
So we grabbed a basket and proceeded to forage the store for plastic wrapped treats.
When it was all said and done the basket consisted of the following..
1. Shredded Cuttlefish
2. Bosten Baked Beans
3. Sweet Ginger
4. French Burnt Peanuts
5. Buffalo Jerky
6. Sweet Teriyaki Beef Jerky
7.Sweet & Spicy Turkey Jerky
Different sizes and prices but I think in the end I got all that for less the $25.
While checking out we met the owner and his wife and enjoyed a short but lovely chat. I had no idea that they had been in Vegas for as long as they have. Again, Yelp makes this possible.
