The freezer in our 12 year old refrigerator stopped working. After reading the excellent reviews on Yelp, I called Good's Appliance Repair. Bill came out promptly. He was very polite and honest as well regarding trying to save our refrigerator. He put in a new part and told us that he would call in the a.m. to see if it worked. Because of the age of he refrigerator, he was not sure. Unfortunately the part did not work! Bill called the next morning to follow up. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he only charged us for a service call. I would highly recommend Good's Appliance Repair. It is very refreshing in this day and age to find such an excellent company with integrity and honesty! Keep up the good work, Bill!
