I don't usually give bad reviews but I would never use them again. This is the second time we've been here and the last. We were supposed to have received an upgrade and supposedly it wasn't in the comp. So we got a car that was awful to drive with no kick. When we came the last time same thing but that one had been in an accident so no upgrade. Their customer service is awful. He didn't even offer anything else but a downgrade nor a discount for our troubles.
