Do not do business with this store. The sales people are shady characters. One of them, John, accessed my Verizon account and made changes to it without my permission. A family member went in to get a phone replaced under the insurance that this store sold to me and instead of using that insurance, John used an upgrade from another line (not even the same phone line!!!) and extended the contract on that line for another 2 years to give my family member an outdated phone for $10. Not a single time did John call me to ask for my permission to make these changes. My family member is NOT listed on my account as an account manager and therefore John should have never even been trying to access my account. Now I'm stuck with a 2 year contract that would have ended 2 months from now.
This store engages in unethical behavior and should be avoided at all costs.
