0 stars to front desk girls:
1. When booking the appointment, they didn't say we needed to arrive earlier than the time of he appointment to fill up a long form (that we already filled up in the other location).
2. The masseuse left just after the massage and forgot to leave the receipt. When checking out, they couldn't give me a receipt. They said they were gonna send it to me the next day by email before 12pm. At 12pm I still didn't have their email, so I called and they had to ask me all the questions about the information they have to put in the receipt. They asked me all of that the day before to prepare the receipt. She said the were going to send me the receipt by the end of the day. I had to argue with her to get the receipt in the afternoon.
2. When it's the first time of every guest, they do a tour for them. That's nice and obviously necessary, but while they have all of this rules and signs about speaking in a hushed tone of voice, they speak REALLY loud all over the spa. It's very annoying listening to the tour multiple times very loud while you're trying to relax.
3. I left my jacked there in the place where they hang all the coats. I went back the day after to pick it up. When I arrived I told them and this receptionist said "we didn't see anything last night, but come in and check by yourself". I found it in the exact same place I left it. But why did she has to be so rude and not helpful? I could have gone there and pick up any jacket and they wouldn't know because they don't watch that area and don't care if there's coats or not there.
4. Some maintenance ladies where helpful, but other ones were rude.
I give them more than one star because the circuit is very nice and relaxing. The place is pretty clean and I had a very nice time (when the receptionists weren't close). Lol
I would not go back to this location.
