I love this gym. If im not home or at work, this is where im at. I signed up because my dad put my treadmill and elliptical in the garage, and during the winter, it was just too cold for me to work out there. With the really cheap membership and the location being so close (it's right across the street from my house), i decided to sign up. Well, i havent used my home treadmill and elliptical for 3 mos. Im always in the cardio theater. I like how this gym is not so big like LVAC, but you basically never have to wait for a machine. Nice ladies' room too, very clean all the time. Nice play area for kids with really friendly attendants, like all of them know my son and call him by his nickname, and it's funny how they refer to me as frankie's mom. So now, i cant not work out because my son keeps me in check, always reminding me that we have to go to eos
Everyone in the front area is nice and friendly. There's this really wonderful boy, alexis, and JEROME who always say hi to me even if im not really a very friendly person. And all the others in the front area, im not good with faces and names, and i dont smile a lot, but they're still always friendly. It's a fun environment for working out...not intimidating like other bigger gyms out there.
