Came in yesterday to return a fuel pump, no one around in front of the store for about 3 to 5 minutes until I called out Hello! Girl walked out with a bitter attitude asking 'what do you need' ? I stated I would like to return a fuel pump purchased on a commercial account. She stated you'll have to wait until hes back from lunch, hold on, she stated, as she walked to the back. Waited a few minutes more and she came back out with a receipt stating here's your credit. I let her know that I had originally paid with an ATM card and if she would of asked I would of told her how I paid. Once again she stated you'll have to wait until the wholesale guy comes back from lunch to fix all this. I let her know that a little customer service goes a long way and all she had to do is ask how I paid or how I would like the purchase credited back. By then the commercial guy walked out and stated that he would have to recharge it back to the account and give me a refund. After a 15 to 20 minute wait for poor customer service, I let the guy know to just leave it on the account, stating that I don't trust you guys to do a good job. He then got in my face and stated that he has now a personal issue with me because I don't trust him. Im 50 years old and am not willing to get into a physical altercation over a trust issue. I just let him know that I don't trust people I don't know, like most with common sense. Crazy!
