My boyfriend and I decided that after a long week, we deserved a sweet treat and boy was it a treat for us! I stumbled upon this groupon and luckily, it was a match made in heaven!
Upon walking in, you're greeted by friendly staff and tons of metal posters on the wall of ice cream parlors, antique cow pictures, actual old school ice cream makers and tons more! It's like walking into a big kids candy store- looking around with your mouth open and deciding what frozen custard you want to try!
I got a frozen custard with strawberries and banana and my boyfriend got a chocolate one with kit Kat bars and captain crunch! A small serving of one is more than enough for one person because of the creamy texture and thick consistency. If you're having a sweet tooth craving, come by to this little nifty frozen custard parlor! The custard is nice, thick, rich and smooth and the mix ins are perfectly portioned to the custard serving! Did I mention too that these frozen custards are made fresh daily?!!!
All in all, my boyfriend and I will be coming back here during the hotter months to enjoy more of the variations of frozen custard available!
