I received a Groupon gift for a massage and thought about leaving once I entered the place. It appears rundown and not like any spa I have ever been to. (And I love the treasured spots I found for $19 foot massages in LA!) you know that instant zen feeling you get when you walk into any massage service? I didn't feel it here.... I felt a bit uncomfortable and thought about leaving but figured, a massage is a massage and I'm sure my masseuse will be fine. There were water spots on the ceiling tiles. It felt dingy. The music was too loud. My masseuse left for a few minutes during the foot massage part to get an extra warm towel. Three stars for the actual massage, because she was nice even a so-so massage is a nice massage - and I feel badly leaving a review like this... but certainly no more than one star for the location. I hope anyone choosing Groupon looks at the reviews. I can't believe my service would've been 150 at Normal price!!
