worst, worst, worst ever experience I have ever had in a nail shop...my daughters and I scheduled a appointment for 11am since it was 3 of us that wanted pedicures and full sets, only to arrive to 1 old lady there ,she kept saying her son was on his way...so 1 hour later "the son" finally arrives with attitude we waited another 20mins before he snapped at my daughter to pay first and to go wash her hands (like she was dirty), (my mama bear instinct came out) so I let him know he needs to learn how to speak to people. The son began yelling at us about 1st amendments, he refused to give prices on different services stating he doesn't know and the momma doesn't know?? so who knows???CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS,...ultimately we left, they need to be shut down!!!!
