Here's the thing - the food here is mediocre and has a certain taste that I can't understand. They are always trying new food combinations but it always feels kind of processed no matter what you order.
BUT, I look forward to coming here regularly because of the staff.
I've only been here late night - think from 11pm to 6am. Every time I can't get over how accommodating, friendly, and warm the staff are, even when it's busy and the place is packed.
Their service level is what I might expect at a much nicer place, and I'm always pleased even going in now with the high expectations that their staff are great. If I come just with a laptop for a couple hours and order something small they treat me with just as much regard as when I come and order a large meal. (They do sometimes take a while to seat people lately at night I've noticed even when they aren't full, but in general their excellence makes up for it.)
Also, I like the atmosphere. You get people from all walks of life late night and they play really basic but kind of fun music which is extra loud in the bathroom and it just feels like going out for a fun night with friends, even if it's just a Tuesday night.
