Rude people everybody that works there is extremely rude. I've had my insurance through freeway for a year-and-a-half I got tired of my insurance going up every 6 months. So I called and spoke to a Man 2 days ago and asked him if I could shop around and get a better quote he asked who I had I told him Progressive the guy tells me over the phone you're not going to find anybody else cheaper I've been in the business for 5 years. I tell the guy I'm a loyal customer I've been with you guys for a year-and-a-half how are you going to tell me this information over the phone without even looking at my account he tells me again I've been working for the company for 5 years believe me Progressive is the cheapest. So instead of them helping me because they were my broker I called around myself and found that Geico offered me better insurance for $120 less a month thanks a lot Freeway Insurance I was a loyal customer and you screwed me and all of your employees are extremely rude. I would not recommend anybody doing business at this location on South Decatur
