This place was AWESOME when the old manager was there. I forget his name--- but he left and went up the street to run the Advance Autoparts store :( --- I think his name was John??? Well anyhow-- since leaving, his great crew has left as well... Who was very personable and friendly. And I had been going there for years... Up until about a year ago. The new woman manager is less than friendly... Makes every excuse in the book to NOT let me use a coupon or honor ones that were emailed to me (John never had these issues)... And was just not very accommodating for me as a regular customer.
I would bring them cupcakes from my business and food... They were so sweet.
Sadly, the workers there now just have no customer service abilities and as a single mom, that is important to me.
Oh well. That's my beef. Lube Stop--- you let a good one go!!!!!!!
