Haven't been back here in a few years and I was surely impressed by the expanded and creative menu! Glad it's not limited to rice and noodle bowls anymore but VERY sad they got rid of the noodles option! I was so disappointed that I almost didn't know what to order. Once I chose and tasted, I forgot about those noodles. I can't recall the cool name of the salad but it was tons of hearty fried Brussels sprouts in jerk spices atop deep green kale glistening in a thin layer of oil (possibly slightly cooked?) with spring mix, shredded carrots, tortilla chip strips, and a "jungle dressing" that had a creamy orange color and amazing taste. I was hesitant that the salad without any meat or mock meat would be filling enough so I ordered a side of thyme fries. The salad ended up being sooooo substantial that I was stuffed and could barely eat any fries. Fries were only okay...missing some magic. I cannot stop thinking about how delicious, crunchy, green, and flavorful that salad was! I will be coming back more often and next time I'm getting the same salad with their awesome mock chicken added to it!
