This was our first time eating at Asado and we absolutely loved it. We eat at a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants and this was on par with the best ones. I had the enchilada stack and I absolutely loved the sauce. I couldn't get enough of it. I wished my leftovers could last for days! The portion size was huge. My husband had a chimichanga and noted that this was the first time he actually received one that was crispy, since at other Mexican restaurants, the tortilla is usually soggy from the grease. we had the hot salsa with our chips and we also loved that, despite the fact that I am picky when it comes to authentic salsa. The chips were crisp and light, just perfect to go with the chips. We wanted to eat at Asado again a few days later, but figured we should at least wait until the weekend so we don't eat up eating the food at Asado every day.
