HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have bought several pieces from this company. If you get the right delivery, it is great quality for the price. However, if like me, you get the wrong delivery it will be a nightmare to fix. So I bought a bedroom set and I had the wrong nightstands delivered. A week later they finally delivered the new nightstands (at 10 pm at night on a Friday) only to open the box and find a different set of nightstands from my original order. Nothing matches. Now I am back on the phone with the company to fix this issue ... again for a 3rd time. Whenever I call, they tell me that THEY will call me back in 5 minutes ... 20 minutes later still no call. So I am calling this company 9-10 times before I can speak with someone who will actually talk to me instead of telling me that THEY will call back.
