I would not recommend this place to anybody ever. I've been to many physical therapists over the years since I was young and this place was the absolute worst. I had my first appointment and was so upset by multiple things here that I immediately requested a referral elsewhere from my doctor. First, I was put in a small room to wait for Mandy- who was the only PT working. I sat and waited for 45 minutes and nobody came in. Finally I left my room and went up to the front desk to notify them. A few minutes later Mandy came running in and said that nobody had told her I was there. There were so many patients there for one PT that she and the staff were running around from room to room and forgetting who was even there. This is totally unethical BTW. Her assessment of me lasted no more than 5 minutes, and then I had different techs popping in to do different work on me, only one of whom I could tell if they even knew what I was there for. For my first appointment, the fact that I only had no more than 15 minutes total with the physical therapist (when I was there for over 2 hours total) was absolutely not ok. And the fact that I was unsupervised while doing my exercises is unethical and bad treatment- they just set a timer next to me and ran off and then another different tech would come running back over after the timer went off and ask me what I had done already. This is not standard in PT. All the therapy tables and furniture have duct tape covering rips, the facility is really small and uncomfortable and I left in more pain than I had had before. I had bad sciatica problems after this appointment that were minor beforehand, and were not even the initial point of my visit. Now that I am seeing a physical therapist elsewhere I am doing great.
