I rent cars all the time but I don't like renting from Fox because 1. It's at an off site location. 2. Customer service sucks. I only rent from this place when all the other car rental places are extremely pricey.
Just returned my car. Apparently there is only 1 person checking in cars. Not only did I wait 5 minutes for him to even come check me out, his battery died so he had to walk back into office to get a new one. Talk about NO sense of urgency. 5 minutes later he's back and then something else happens so he has to walk all the way to the exit booth to ask a question. Then he slowly makes his way back to me.
After I'm done checking out, I wait another 15 minutes for a shuttle bus to take me back to the McCarren car rental place. Pain in the butt. Luckily I don't have a flight to catch because if I did, I would for sure miss it.
Oh by the way I'm taking a shuttle now and the driver is counting his tips while driving! So tacky!!
