I have been a camper for the last 2 and half years and have to say that this is one of the best ways to get exercise. No where else can you go somewhere for 40 minutes and get the workout that is provided here. Who does 100 pushups before 7 am not to mention 400 burpees?
Both Curtis and Rachelle are amazing motivators and have multiple ways of doing exercises for all levels of fitness. The variety is fantastic. I don't think I've done the same workout twice yet! Also you can come as many times as you want over the 6 days they have sessions. So if you miss one in the morning you can come in the afternoon. I've never heard of another place that gives you those options.
I took a break for about 4 months and tried to do some stuff on my own but it is never as motivating as going to camp. So if you are looking for the most efficient and fun way to exercise in less than an hour this is the place to do it. Come check it out and get hooked.
