Everything I had was on the bland side of mediocre. I might be too picky, but the Midwestern crowd seems to be in love with everything. Maybe it was an 'Off Night' for the place. Waiter was adequate in service and came through like a champ when I asked to have the Chicken Fried Steak removed from my bill. The beef was tender. The batter was fried perfectly. IF they woulda thrown some Salt/Pepper/Garlic/Lee & Perrins/etc./etc. in the hamburger and in batter, well, I tell you what, I would've eaten a whole lot more of that big CFS! But lack of any flavour made me stop at maybe 20%. I'm certain that the MN IA WI IL ND SD etc. natives will love it. I will not be back.
