I had seen one positive review for this ASAP, called and made arrangements for them to serve a company for a small claims case. This was the first time I ever had to do this and was quite naive. I quickly learned Asap did not provide documentation of attempts and eventually found out asap apparently made contacts at this company owner's home but did not serve him! Fortunately this was enough to made the company adhere to our contractual agreement. However, ASAP was careless and unprofessional. Do your homework. Know what questions to ask and expect documentation and communication. Better yet, don't be a twice victim and avoid ASAP at all costs!!!
