If you have a very sick pet do not take them here! We took our very sick puppy here and it cost him his life! Dr. Pflaum is getting up there in age and is getting forgetful.
He told us he was doing a parvo test and that it had came out negative but next day puppy was worse so we took him to a different vet who took one look at him and told us he had an upper respiratory infection, then did parvo test which came out positive. New vet called Dr. Pflaum's office to find out that he had not done a parvo test after all. Puppy died 4 days later with hospital care. I often wonder if he would have made it with earlier care. When I called Dr. Pflaum to ask for a refund he yelled at me on the phone. He has no compassion for humans or animals. He is more concerned about money then a pet's health.
