Great location. The rooms are really nice and bed was super comfortable. The only reason it gets 4 stars was the shower. At 6:30 in the morning I ran out of hot water. At 7:30 PM on another night I ran out of hot water. I realize it was in the negative temps outside but running out of hot water is something a hotel shouldn't do...
During my week long stay I encountered and interacted with several employees. All were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Big KUDOs to the team working at 1 AM on 1/24/13. I lost my cell phone and couldn't remember if I left it at the restaurant or in a cab. The guy working outside that night got in touch with security and pulled the tapes to locate which cab I had been riding in and called them to look for it. I eventually got my phone back 8 days later but the hotel staff didn't have to do all of this leg work for me and I was real appreciative to all of their efforts to help me find something I lost.
I will definitely stay here when visiting Toronto.
