On the plus side, they are very polite, had everything done by the timeframe they promised, and did the job correctly. On the negative side I was wayyyyy overcharged for the work that was done. I went in already knowing what the issue was and just trying to see what I would be charged to have it fixed. I was told they still needed to look at it to be able to tell me the cost. When I was informed a $40 part was going to cost me over $500, I decided to consider other options but was informed there was an $80+ diagnostic fee, even though I had told them what the issue was. I felt a little taken by the pricing. I ended up having the work done to avoid the hassle and as was previously stated, they were prompt, kept in touch, were polite and appear to have done a quality job.
