The "Acting Manager" Brittany, at the Chandler Mall location, displayed remedial customer service skills. I needed assistance with the purchase of my favorite perfume and she was literally 3 feet from me and never acknowledged my presence. When I for assistance, she showed obvious discomfort and lack of enthusiasm to assist me. She basically told me to get it myself and walked away! Terrible customer service and obvious personal incompetences like that are all reasons I will discourage anyone to shop at this location!
