If you read my previous review, then you already know I think this dealership is out to hose you for every dollar you've ever worked for. Took my car to Valvoline for an oil change and they tell me the engine air filter is in HORRIBLE shape and needs to be replaced. They go on to let me that they don't have the filter needed in stock, but if I go grab one then I can easily replace it myself. They even showed me how. So clearly Valvoline isn't out to screw me over on money, they had the genuine concern for the vehicle in mind and that is it. I'm not trying to preach Valvoline to the world, just wanted to mention how an instant oil change company where you'd almost expect crappy service had more care for customer service and morals than a dealership. Well that's funny because the jackasses in the service department at Priority Honda just did our 90k tune up package not even a year ago. $400 dollars, and they supposedly changed these filters. I'm no mechanic but c'mon folks...no one changes their engine air filter every year, nor should they have to. Called the service department and spoke with Allen Sanchez (I hope to god you are reading this you scum bag). Allen proceeds to tell me that a new filter will be anywhere between $40 to $60 and they'd charge labor to put the new one in....WHAT!!!!! It is 4 clips on the box, literally takes 30 seconds to swap out the old one with the new one, and you want to charge labor!?!?!?!? For a filter your lazy ass was supposed to replace 8 months ago?!?!?!?! Quick Google search reveals I can get a filter for anywhere between $9 and $20 BY THE WAY. Every employee in that service department should be ashamed of themselves for being Priority Honda employees and working under Allen.
