On Saturday I had gone in looking to possibly trade in my current truck (2006 f150) for a new one (2016 Ram 1500). The gentleman I spoke with went through the process and got me the numbers had I decided to trade. The numbers were out of my budget but he explained all my options I had, given the new information. I went home and thought about it. Come Sunday, I went back in, this time with the new knowledge, I planned on getting a second truck instead. I spoke with a second gentleman and once I explained what I wanted, he went right to work. We found the truck I was looking at and he did everything he could to get the monthly payments into my range. He came out with the papers showing the payments and it was decided that the Ram was coming home with me the next day. Through the whole process, not once was I pushed into a direction I did not want to go. Also given that I'm 19, not once was I told I would be better in *insert cheaper vehicle here*. Both gentlemen I spoke with were also very explanatory and helpful. I spent maybe 3 hours total on this whole process including the deciding, signing and driving off. I would gladly go through this process again when my lease is up.
