Pretty much same story as everyone else.
Checked phone every 10 mins from 5 - 9pm when it was scheduled to be delivered by. At 9pm, I took a screenshot of my phone screen showing the last update at 5:34pm was out for delivery.
I checked at 9:010pm and the status changed to delivered, but not only that. They said they left it at the front door at 8:50. You're telling me that it delivery service left a package on the front door of the Great Wolf Lodge didn't bring it in just left it outside. If they weren't going to get the package here they could have let us know before 9 after 9 p.m. a birthday present was enclosed.
This shows bad on Amazon and on the company if there's a problem between Amazon and the company one or both of you need to break it off. If you read all of the reviews it seems to be the same problem one of you just don't care.
Avoid this company / courier AT ALL COST!!
