ZERO STARS Have foolishly returned twice. After telling me "Come back tomorrow" for ball joints, rescheduling a day off - they told me 4 hour wait. Didn't learn. Called to day about getting a tire mounted (as in take the wheel off, swap old for new tire I brought with me, put the wheel back on)...told me "sure just come in"; arrived and told 2 hour wait!!! If you have no life, no friends and like hanging out in tire stores for hours - this is your dream team.
