Highly disappointed! CollOrange was directed to me through a 24/7 locksmith I called for immediate service to rekey a lock on a home I just purchased. If I had known their name ahead of time and had done some research I would never have hired this company on my own. We have electronic keyless locks on our doors, one of which has a hard key. I asked for that one to be rekeyed. I should have known when the tech, Moshe, had to FaceTime on his phone with another tech for instructions. I should have called another company right then and there and my bad for not finding a company that was qualified for this type of lock. Shame on Moshe and CallOrange for proceeding with the work when they clearly did not know how to rekey this type of lock. Moshe did say upfront that rekeying the lock would reset the lock, which I was fine with. However, what he actually did was cause the keypad to be partially dysfunctional. I have been left with a keypad that no longer illuminates all the digits. When I called Moshe to report the issue and request a return visit to resolve the issue he instead became was verbally hostile toward me and refused to take responsibility. On top of it all I was charged $192 for this. Lesson learned! I would highly recommend you call another locksmith. They clearly do not stand behind their work.
