I was brought in here by my spouse, without wanting to acknowledge I needed new glasses. I am so glad I agreed to be persuaded. The process was quick, everyone was nice, I found a nice pair of inexpensive frames, the appointment was quick and the doctor very capable and nice, the glasses were ready as promised -- meaning, everything went as it was supposed to. The customer service was great, as they went above and beyond to make sure my insurance covered everything possible, so I ended paying very little out of pocket.
