I was just staying one night and the wonderful man at the desk..sorry I didn't get his name...gave me an upgraded room. Very nice front desk staff! Refilled my water before I hauled my bulky suitcases to the train station.
I had planned on eating in the restaurant when I arrived but I walked in and not a soul was to be found...there was a patron eating but I waited and no one came. I walked across street to very nice Italian place.
The lobby seemed to always be full of people..tours? Not sure..it was noisy and they were rude and loud. I liked the hotel for the amenities and the desk staff.
