Okay so I'm going to be honest in my review, unlike all these other5 Star reviews which look like they're written by employees family members of the company...
Hey are you guys going to keep your word to the service bulletin posted on my 2008 Scion tC? Someone at corporate told me that my car isn't burning oil, and that it's NORMAL to add a quart of oil to your car after 2000 miles when the oil light comes on.. now we all know , it is not normal to add oil in the middle of the oil change. And it is not normal for the oil light to come on with low oil after 2000 miles from an oil change... I know it will be an expensive repair and therefore provides the reason why you don't want to admit that my car is up to the service bulletin standards. But I spent 21,000 dollars for this car in 2008 when it was brand new, and now 10 years later there is a COMMON oil consumption problem for my year and model vehicle that you guys can not admit that it is burning oil. Now my 21000 dollar car is worth nothing because it burns oil. You guys even recommended to put full synthetic oil in my car which takes conventional oil normally because the consistency is thicker and the oil should burn slower.. so you guys want me to spend more money on oil and have the same effect on my car. What you're doing to me as a loyal customer of 10 or more years is morally unjust and unlawful. And if you guys do not do the right thing in this situation i promise I will get all of these people who complain about your services every day on your Instagram and other pages to come together in a civil lawsuit against Toyota which will be exploited on national television. Because this is not a corporation, it is a worldwide scamming organization. If I could give zero stars i definitely would. I never leave reviews on yelp, but people deserve to know about the scamming that takes place at EVERY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP AND THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.
