I have never been treated so bad in my life by a medical group. I had a confirmed appointment and when I showed up they told me that they cancelled my appointment. I received no notification of tha cancellation. I told them that I had paid a membership fee to guarantee that I would be seen within 24 hours, and they did not seem to care. I also showed them the referall that I had saying that I was in a Hypertensve Crisis situation and needed immediate care. They said next appointment was 4 days away.
My next step will be to file a complaint with the Medical Board
